APW - Peoria Watch Co, "Eynatten's Standard Anti-Magnetic" marked mvt, 15J, 18S, gold-filled HC recase with very attractive engraving detail, rear shield with a small lakeside home scene, front shield with initials, "Fred Eynatten. Peoria, Ills." marked white enamel SS dial, SW-LS, nickel damascene, s#14493.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, toning of plate surfaces, some typical fine to micro-fine scratches, some scattered small bits of oxide to regulator assembly; dial with scattered hls, some edge flakes or chipping outside minute chapter in areas; excellent hands; case shows very light wear, inner lip of rear with a small notch filed from a past testing of gold content, scratches inside rear at upper-right, shallow dings to central rear, shallow dings to central portion of cuvette, few small nicks to band, good engine turning and engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows very light wear; good glass crystal.
